MANUal lymphatic drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is not strictly massage but a different type of bodywork targeting the lymphatic system, specifically the lymphatic vessels just under the skin. This modality uses light pressure to stimulate lymph movement through the system so it can be filtered and returned to the blood.

This modality is a great option for those dealing with fibromyalgia, post-traumatic swelling, lipedema, migraines, inflammatory conditions, and even cellulite.

My MLD bodywork is based on sequences from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, so these services are priced based on an estimated duration of service, but the actual length of service may vary somewhat.

If you are dealing with fluid congestion, edema, swelling, migraines, inflammatory chronic illnesses, fibromyalgia, etc., Manual Lymph Drainage may be a good modality to try.
