Hi, I’m Kay Russell, LMT, MLD-C.
I believe in supporting growth toward your highest self by honoring the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
My approach to massage focuses on whole-body wellness, helping you feel at home in your body, release tension, and thrive as your best self.
I blend myofascial release, Swedish massage, craniosacral techniques, and Somatic principles to address both physical and emotional healing. My work supports trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, neurodivergent clients, and those navigating chronic illnesses—including auto-immune conditions—helping them find balance, ease, and greater comfort in their bodies.
My Approach
Massage is more than a physical practice—it’s a journey toward whole-body wellness. I approach each session with the understanding that everything in the body is interconnected. By focusing on the relationship between the nervous system, the musculoskeletal system, and the rest of the body, I aim to create a space where healing can unfold naturally.
Every client is unique, and so is their path to wellness. My sessions are tailored to your needs, blending modalities such as myofascial release, classic Swedish massage, CranioSacral therapy, and Somatic principles. These techniques work together to ease tension, restore balance, and address deeper layers of stress and trauma stored within the body.
I believe that healing is most effective when it honors the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're navigating chronic pain, seeking support as a neurodivergent individual, or simply looking to feel more comfortable in your own skin, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward greater alignment and ease.
Massage with me is not just about relaxation—it’s about empowerment. It’s about helping you understand and connect with your body, so you can feel more grounded, balanced, and whole.
“The fascial system is one of the most important structures of our body and is significantly tightened from physical or emotional trauma which produces crushing pressure on pain sensitive structures.”
-John F. Barnes, PT
“The secret something that is shared by all effective healing methods is the process of leading the patient to an honest and truthful self-discovery.
This self-discovery is required for the initiation and continuation of self-healing; for it is only through self-healing—in contrast to curing—that patients can experience both permanent recovery and spiritual growth…the closer our perception of self approaches, the deeper our capacity for self healing becomes.
When there is a very close correspondence between self image and truth, our healing powers may be virtually unlimited.”
-Dr. John E. Upledger
Custom Massage Butter
I care about the massage emollient I use—not just because I have to handle it all day, but also because it touches my clients. I wanted a massage cream that felt good for my clients and performed well for me. I looked at a bunch of different professionally available massage creams and was disappointed time after time.
Eventually, I came to the natural conclusion of creating my own. I have formulated a massage butter that I love using and that my clients love having on their skin. I know every ingredient that goes into the formulation as well as it’s purpose in the recipe, and I make my massage butter in small batches.
This massage butter is not available publicly, and I don’t sell it. The only way to experience the custom body butter I make is through receiving a massage from me.
